Our first full day in Grand Teton National Park was started with a two hour ride through miles of park land via horseback. This was a Christmas present from Chris’s parents that we have been anxiously awaiting for 6 months!

The other couple that was scheduled for our tour did not show up, so the four of us headed out with our guide Brandy for a private experience.

We rode through sagebrush habitats, riparian zones and some pine and aspen forests.

Though we saw no animals larger than a chipmunk, we loved the scenery that surrounded us and the stories of the Park from our guide.

Chris is starting to look like Doc Holliday.
He is loving it!
I think it’s a flag most of us want to fly when we retire, “Look at me! I’ll shave and get a haircut on my terms now “.
So jealous!!!
So glad it was such fun!
Love those private tours! So much fun
