March 14, 3/14, is pi day and we celebrate it by eating pie! While still camping with 40ish other RV families (and homeschool), I knew we couldn’t let this holiday pass unacknowledged.
I scheduled a pie potluck to immediately follow lunch in order to leave plenty of time for the kids to burn off all the sugar. We had a great turnout and ate a large variety of pie types, from shepherds pie to chocolate cream.
